Jill Browning has been working in the publishing and public relations industries for over 18 years. Prior to starting her own food & lifestyle public relations firm, she worked for years as an in-house publicist for Simon & Schuster and Penguin Random House. Jill's areas of expertise include: spearheading national and regional publicity campaigns, setting up national book tours, creating special events, media training authors, and securing media coverage on national print, broadcast, and online outlets including the Today Show, Good Morning, America, KTLA, People, Woman's World, Parade, Bon Appétit, Saveur, Food & Wine, New York Times, Washington Post, NPR, Eater, Food52, and many more.
Jill is an avid cookbook collector who loves to cook, eat, and drink craft beer. She also enjoys spending time with her family, playing basketball, reading, and traveling. Originally from Lancaster, PA, Jill graduated with a B.A. in English and Spanish from Rice University in Houston, TX and also received her Masters in Literature & Publishing from the National University of Ireland in Galway. She lives in the Raleigh, NC area with her husband and their two young children.
